Going out of the Depression

To go out of the depression is not easily, but impossibly either.

Whenever I think about the depression I remember that ancient announcement of television that he was saying: "If the plates mountain makes him feel this way...”, and there was going out a housewife who was diminished before piled up and increasing plates mountain in his kitchen. Then, the solution was coming: "I used such a detergent...:” What person does not get depressed when there are joined to him the junk rooms of breakfast, lunch and meal. And, worse still, if it leaves that they are joined him for more than one day. And the fact is that the depression is like a mountain of plates that has been accumulating us, and that of course we have been postponing until it seems too big to us to face him. And while more time I happened, less desires we have of washing them.

Once again, this illustrates what we have said in other occasions. When we act in accordance with how we feel, and when we feel it, instead of how we owe it and when we must do it, invariably we will feel bad. And if we persist in this boss of irresponsible conduct, we will feel worse. Does he want to know anything? Everything depressed one has his montañota. It can be of plates, or of clothes without washing or without ironing, of garbage without gathering, of grassland without cutting, of things for repairing, of accounts without paying, of letters for writing or for sending, of things for speaking, or of tasks for doing.

There is nothing that is mysterious in a depression. What it is necessary to do is to begin to eliminate these mountains although we do not want to do it. Of course, that what has stopped doing therefore time will not disappear as for magic art. But, neither while he keeps on thinking it, being sorry about it or evading it. Begin to do it as soon as possible. It is his decision, it is his responsibility, and do not think that he is going to feel better stopping doing it.

Be programmed mentally to do it in reasonable and specific portions. If he needs help, ask for it. Any privilege be suppressed or it will lose of time like watching TV, doing or receiving visits, or going away of walk to the shopping center, the movies or to some fiestita. So soon you begin to do what you have to do he is going to begin to feel better. Remember that you did not fall down in his depression in parachute, and that to go out of her it will have to act as hopeful.

Remember that illustration of two frogs that fell down in a milk receptacle, with surface much combat. The first one, scarcely tried to go out lost heart, gave up and suffocated. Other one, he decided to fight up to the last sigh. So much it beat the milk in his effort to survive, that the milk turned into butter, and, although extremely exhausted, it managed to be saved.

Ah! He forgot to say, that when it should finish of doing what it has to do, is going to be so tired or tired that it will be necessary to go to sleep, and is going to enjoy it so much because now if that deserves it.
